As the crisp autumn air settles in and the aroma of butternut squash fills the kitchen, my excitement for Thanksgiving reaches a new level. This year, I've embarked on a mission to elevate the feast with the perfect wine pairings. I look forward to seeing you all here for some delightful selections. Picture this: the robust and peppery notes of California Zinfandel harmonizing with the savory goodness of a perfectly cooked turkey, creating a symphony of flavors on the palate. Add a touch of elegance with the velvety texture of a Willamette Valley Pinot Noir, dancing gracefully alongside the cranberry sauce and earthy stuffing. Thanksgiving is a holiday based on gratitde and thanks and I am very thankful for all of you!
